The new coronavirus bill is causing serious and urgent concern about its social engineering and totalitarian attack on human liberty. The bill would, for example, allow police to detain a person they even simply suspected of being infectious for an undefined ‘limited period’ and ‘to take them to a suitable place to enable screening and assessment.’
Other things the proposed bill could do would be to:
Enable the government to restrict or prohibit events and gatherings during the pandemic in any place, vehicle, train, vessel or aircraft, any movable structure and any offshore installation and, where necessary, to close premises.
Expand the list of people who can register a death to include funeral directors acting on behalf of the family” (making it easier to cover up any potential deaths in custody by having private funeral directors register deaths that require no secondary confirmation for example).
Bizarely remove the Coroners and Justice Act 2009 requirement that any inquest into a COVID-19 death must be held with a jury.
Remove restrictions on vaccines which for many causes concern about the possibility of forced vaccination, as is being discussed in Denmark. It also grants legal immunity to people involved in treating the disease (of great relevance given the likelihood of untested vaccines being rolled out).
Have the power to postpone elections.
Enable existing mental health legislation powers to detain and treat patients who need urgent treatment for a mental health disorder and are a risk to themselves or others, to be implemented using just one doctor’s opinion (rather than the current 2).
Many are alleging that forced vaccinations might include DNA altering vaccines and RNA vaccines that many say could attack the immune system rather than protect it. Global research also recently published this article which points out that the beyond Orwellian Agenda ID2020 – an electronic ID program that proposes to use generalized vaccination as a platform for digital identity, may be one of the things that will be attempted to be pushed through via forced vaccinations – this it is suggested would be introduced as a ‘convenient’ reaction to the alleged possibly engineered corona crisis. The article explains thus:
“Another hypothesis, at this point only a hypothesis, but a realistic one, is that along with the vaccination – if not with this one, then possibly with a later one, a nano-chip may be injected, unknown to the person being vaccinated. The chip may be remotely charged with all your personal data, including bank accounts – digital money. Yes, digital money that’s what “they” are aiming at, so you really have no control any more over your health and other intimate data, but also over your earnings and spending. Your money could be blocked, or taken away – as a ‘sanction’ for misbehavior, for swimming against the stream. You may become a mere slave of the masters. Comparatively, feudalism may appear like a walk in the park.”
Writer Kit Knightly writes that this the coronavirus bill is ‘a highly dangerous’ and ‘terrifying prospect for the future of the country’ whilst researcher James Corbett of the Corbett report described how he believes that this is an agenda being railroaded in to place by blind panic. Similar plans are being rushed out in other countries across the world leading many to conclude that worries about an attempted form of a centralised New World Order/One World Government are entirely justified.
The economic effects of closing down a country’s economy will also likely lead to far more ill health than a virus. Loss of jobs and businesses will bring on illnesses of stress, poverty and loneliness. This could potentially kill far bigger numbers than the alleged virus itself. And once more, it is the banks and the financial elite that will win by massive further lending to the UK and other governments which we ‘collateral citizens’ have to pay back yet again. And nations will yet again be under attack and weakened by debt servitude.
“A really efficient totalitarian state would be one in which the all-powerful executive of political bosses and their army of managers control a population of slaves who do not have to be coerced, because they love their servitude.” ― Aldous Huxley, Brave New World
It’s well known that governmental power nearly always expands during periods of perceived crisis.”Never Let A Good Crisis Go To Waste” is a much touted political mantra. Dangerous policy precedents are being set without much consideration or reflection. The UK government, if it gets its way, is aiming for the new bill to reach the statute book and begin to take effect from the end of March, meaning that normal proper, thoughtful and unrsushed scrutiny will be ignored and the ability for the public to respond diminished and brushed aside.
If passed it’s claimed that the coronavirus legislation will be time-limited – for 2 years – and not all of these measures will come into force immediately. It’s also claimed that the bill allows the 4 UK governments to switch on these new powers when they are needed, and to switch them off again once they are no longer necessary – a claim many are dismissing as fluff – a great many of these commenting that history shows that ‘special powers’ and temporary measures’ are, unless stopped, put there for perpetuity and do not tend to end well for human liberty.
Examples of this are the Patriot Act which bought in sweeping, authoritarian changes to the US legal system after the 9/11 attacks on a “temporary” basis, and have been kept and expanded by every President since.
Another classic example is the German Reichstag Fire Decree which “temporarily” suspended German civil liberties in the name of rooting out alleged opponents and thus allowed the Hitler regime to take hold.
Through history politicians and bureaucrats seize every opportunities to expand their power unless stopped by the vast majority who want to ensure that inaliable human rights and freedoms prevail. The authorities need we the people’s permission and support to pass any bill. If passed, this bill would bring in a new and dangerous form of totalitarian normal. But we do not have to support it. We have a duty to say no once more to this unhinged draconianism, and insist that our members of whichever parliament realise the inherent dangers and throw this dangerous proposed legislation in the bin.
Worries about any threat to public health are of course understandable. Whatever corona may or may not be, nobody can predict the future or know how what the effects of any new virus or disease may be. And whatever corona is or isn’t , taking sensible precautions and following the scientific precautionary principle is generally a good one – although a principle that’s strangely ignored when it comes to the claimed dangers of 5G and wi fi on human health and the environment, on health effects for those living around nuclear power stations, on fracking and its effects on the water table, and on the myriad of potentially harmful additives said to be found in processed foods and in pharmaceutical products.
And there have also been far worse outbreaks of viruses in recent history which did not cause draconian lock downs and new legislation being rushed through. As it played out between early 2009 and late 2010, the ‘swine flu’ pandemic for example, is estimated to have infected between 700million and 1.4 billion people around the world and killed anywhere between 150,000 and 575,000. A draconian lock down based on present confirmed numbers cases is disproportionate to say the least.
And as has been seen in Italy by the Italian Health Institute – also reported by others, the number of deaths that may be attributed to corona is hugely lower than what has been pumped out in the mainstream media and its never ending output of fear porn. Only 0.8% of the deaths in Italy are believed to possibly be directly due to corona for example. As seen in the media, the officials in Italy and elsewhere also hint that deaths seem to be due to other ‘underlying health issues’ or to old age and, according to those Italian officials at least, it can not be properly determined if corona virus is a determining factor or not.
Many could also take the view that the corona emergency has conveniently given authorities power to stop the myriad of popular yellow vests protests across Europe as well as in Hong Kong. Whatever the case, ‘never let a good crises go to waste’ again seems to be the mantra.
The response to corona is hugely disproportionate and Orwellian. The proposed coronavirus bill is a very worryingly totalitarian piece of legislation that all responsible politicians should utterly reject. We can have reasoned, sensible and precautionary response to such things without trying to utterly change and destroy society and essential human rights. This piece of hysteria disguised as governmental care has to be rejected otherwise we are inviting in the totalitarian state with open arms.
As Benjamin Franklin said “Those who would give up essential Liberty, to purchase a little temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety.”
And as Thomas Jefferson also is claimed to have later said “The price of Liberty is eternal vigilance.”
Both essentially true. We have to also realise some elemental truths in this age of slick and shiny propagandised, weaponised news. A great deal of the governments of the countries of the world, wherever they are on the political spectrum and whatever their political colours, seem to be working against the interest of their people. And if these governments continue to get their way they will keep trying to push their luck with the Hegelian dialectic control method of problem, reaction, solution – where bigger and bigger alleged emergencies, perceived threats and impending disaster will be used to try and force the people to give up all their liberties.
And as we are seeing, some people will gladly ask for and demand from authority their own loss of liberty without question or reasoning and without realising what evil they are inviting to take away their rights.
But we the people have the true power to simply reject the present political system which refuses to deal with truth and refuses to preserve our essential freedoms. In view of all this, the people lawfully and morally have to reject the present system and form a new one that is based on essential common law, on freedom of speech and thought, on a constitutional government of laws – not of men, and on direct democracy.
